Refund policy

At Hawker Digital, we provide digital marketing, advertising, automation and subscription-based services tailored to each client’s business.

Due to the nature of digital services, strategy work, advertising setup, automations, optimisation and account management, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced or work has begun.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Hawker Digital service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All initial payments are non-refundable

  • Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started

  • Advertising spend, SMS charges, email usage fees, AI usage fees and third-party platform costs are non-refundable and payable separately by the client

  • Time spent on strategy, setup, optimisation, creative work, automations, reporting and account management cannot be refunded once completed

Clients may cancel their monthly service by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice via email to admin@hawkerdigital.com.au.

Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only and do not entitle the client to refunds for the current or previous billing periods.

If cancellation notice is provided less than 14 days before the next billing date, the following billing cycle may still be charged.

Where a client has entered into a fixed-term agreement, early cancellation may require payment of the remaining balance of the agreed term.

Hawker Digital management fees are separate from advertising budgets and third-party software/platform fees.

Clients remain responsible for all charges relating to:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • SMS usage

  • Email sending

  • CRM subscriptions

  • AI usage fees

  • Automation software

  • Hosting or domain renewals

  • Any third-party integrations or subscriptions

Cancelling Hawker Digital services does not automatically pause or cancel any third-party platform billing.

Marketing performance can be influenced by many external factors including competition, market conditions, customer demand, offer quality, pricing, website performance and platform algorithm changes.

As such, Hawker Digital does not guarantee specific results including rankings, lead volume, revenue increases, conversion rates or return on advertising spend.
